Working with a main contractor we were asked to tender a Medical Centre in Erith for the NHS to replace the reception and communal corridors flooring. Once we had carried it the tender and were awarded the contract we value engineered it for the client by explaining they did not need capping and coving the areas as they were not consulting areas and so saving removal of skirts, making good, materials and labour on site

The project was carried out at night when the surgery was closed to minimise disruption to staff and patients, including moving all furniture around to facilitate the works. When the client selected the colour I was unsure but as you can see from the pics it blends in nicely with the existing decoration

Some 460sqm of Altro Suprema was installed by our team of highly skilled fitters. All finished off with a white mastic bead to finish

Since the completion of this project we have been assigned another two medical centres with this main contractor on behalf of the NHS
